We set up our mobile kitchen at your location, crafting delicious pizzas fresh from our oven and presenting them on elegant ceramic platters. Treat your guests to hot, flavorful pizzas made on the spot—perfect for creating unforgettable memories. NB - The charge for this service is exclusive of pizza's ordered. Pizza is charged at our standard rate as shown on our site.
Cancellation Policy
**On-Site Catering Policy for Pizza Event Catering** 1. **Booking Requirements:** - A deposit is required to secure your event date. - Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 5 days prior to the event. 2. **Event Setup:** - Our team requires access to a safe, level space for our pizza oven setup. - A power and water source is required. 3. **Menu and Service:** - We provide a set menu of handcrafted pizzas, prepared fresh on-site. Pizza's are charged separately to our service charge. - Pizzas are served on ceramic platters and can be customized based on dietary preferences or restrictions (advance notice required). 4. **Time Allocation:** - Our service includes setup, pizza preparation, and cleanup. Events typically last 4 hours, with additional time available for an extra fee. 5. **Guest Safety:** - For safety, guests should maintain a safe distance from the mobile kitchen during pizza preparation. - Children must be supervised at all times around cooking equipment. 6. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are subject to 50% of the total booking fee. 7. **Weather Contingency:** - We require a covered area or alternate indoor location in case of adverse weather conditions. 8. **Additional Fees:** - Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. - Additional charges may apply for special requests or extended service time.
