By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Peppino's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

b. Further, Peppino's does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Peppino's or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Peppino's website, even if Peppino's or a Peppino's authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 7. Site Terms of Use Modifications Peppino's may revise these terms of use for its website.

8. Allergens, Gluten free

Our kitchen carries products/ ingredients that contain gluten, peanuts, dairy etc. Thus cross contamination is possible.

Roman pan pizza is by nature NOT a gluten free pizza.

Peppino's will not be held responsible for any illness caused by cross contamination, allergies or any other food related issues which may occur.

9. Payment

Orders placed via our online ordering platform may be pre-paid via credit card or Instant EFT through a secure and confidential payment portal.

All credit card details are held by the external payment portal. Peppino's will not be held responsible for any possible fraud incidents which may occur through the use of these payment portals.

10. Registration

In order to access some of the features of the Website, including our online ordering platform, the User must create an account (“User’s Account”), which details the Users Personal Information. A User may never use another User’s Account without the express permission from that User.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s Account and password and for restricting access to the User’s computer.

The User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur in relation to the User’s Account, including the purchasing of and payment for Goods.

The User warrants that all orders placed in relation to that User’s Account are made by the User or with the User’s express consent and the User will be responsible for the payment of any orders placed in respect of the User’s Account.

11. Cancellation & Opting Out

Peppino's reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate or cancel the User’s Account and to cease providing any of the Goods or services currently offered via the Website, including the online ordering services.

The User may at any time voluntarily cancel the User’s Account.

Upon Registration of the User’s Account, the User agrees to be sent information about special products and services in the future by email.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that the User’s Personal Information is accurate and complete.​

12. Complaints

Peppino's offers Users the opportunity to file complaints via email at pizza@peppinos.co.za.

Compensation in lieu of complaints received are at the sole discretion of Peppino's, following any necessary investigation.
